We may refer to KJHSPL as "kiddohealth" or "kiddohealth.in" , "us," or "we." or “Company” or “kiddohealth App” "Users/Child/You" shall refer to a Doctor/Hospital or any parent of a child or the child whose record is entered on the Kiddohealth App for providing online scheduling and messaging of vaccination reminders and due dates and digitization of the data. “Doctor / hospital” shall refer to any doctor or professional or hospital using this service for providing “digitization of vaccination records” to the users and/or child for various purposes. Website may refer to the http://www.kiddohealth.in or any other website which takes you to the kiddohealth website providing online scheduling and messaging of vaccination reminders and due dates and digitization of the data. Agent or Affiliate or Associate refers to an intermediary who has been registered with kiddohealth and provides services by way of making child registrations and assisting them in getting the vaccination schedules created on kiddohealth and helping them in the process of setting up their web calendar and various allied services to them and assist them in seamless use of the kiddohealth facilities. They communicate with the doctors, hospitals on a regular basis and assist them in resolving any issues they may face in the use of the services offered by kiddohealth. They also undertake all such tasks as agreed upon with KJHSPL.. The following Privacy Policy outlines how KJHSPL will treat information as you use the Services. BY USING THE SERVICES, YOU ACCEPT THE TERMS SET FORTH IN THIS PRIVACY POLICY and/ or IN OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS or RULES or DISCLAIMER.
2. You shall not use KJHSPL's website, http://www.kiddohealth.in for any purpose that is unlawful or that is otherwise prohibited by these conditions of use.

Kiddohealth.in does not warrant or represent that use of its online vaccination reminder and registration and login facility will be uninterrupted or error-free or that any information, data, content, software or other material accessible through the "kiddohealth" website will be free of bugs, viruses, worms, Trojan horses or other harmful components.

27.Users. When a Parent/User registers to use the services, we may ask him/her to provide email address, telephone number and address or any other information as may be needed.

Doctor/Hospital shall enter into an agreement or sign an MOU with the Company to get their hospital registered and an id be allotted for working on the website. Doctor/Hospital shall register only those child who agree to use the services of the website and shall make a continuous effort to strictly comply with the applicable Telecom Regulatory Authority of India rules and regulations (“TRAI Regulations”) in force including but not limited to regulations applicable for the National Customer Preference Registry (“NCPR”) commercial communications and for the content of the SMS Messages.
32 .You represent that any information you provide during registration or at any time thereafter is true, accurate and complete and that you will update all such information as necessary to maintain its truth, accuracy and completeness and that all uploads including your photo belongs to you and no impersonation is there. Failure to do so shall constitute a breach of these Terms and Conditions. You shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password, and will be solely liable for all actions taken via your account and under your password, whether or not made with your knowledge or authority.
33. KJHSPL is not responsible for providing assistance or support to you, including error corrections, upgrades, support, updates, bug fixes, enhancements, or other types of support. KJHSPL reserves its right to terminate a user account without giving an explanation or cause.
34.KJHSPL reserves the right to contact you from time to time for feedback about the Services, including feedback and reviews regarding the kiddohealth services. You shall not make KJHSPL liable for such communication made under the provisions of "Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference Regulations 2010 issued by the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India with respect to unsolicited commercial communications(UCCRegulations).
